A Little About Us

Living Hope is an unapologetically Jesus loving community of believers spread across the wide city of Mobile, Alabama, one of the fastest growing cities in the Southern portion of the United States. Comprised of predominantly young adults, we are a young church with young people who are passionate about spreading the fame of our eternal God to our city and throughout the world.

Here's a quick rundown of our worship service:
• We begin at 10AM
• We last until around 11:30
• Our Kids' Hope rocks
• Dress however you‘d like: casual, fancy and anything in between

Emmanuel, God with Us

It's that time of year again. The weather is cooling, traffic is rising, bank accounts are draining and noses are running. Amidst all the cookies, Christmas parties and tacky lawn decor, we rarely stop long enough to truly think through what it is that this time of year represents. Much like Moses at the burning bush was told to take his sandals off because he was on holy ground, we are approaching a time of the year in which we celebrate God stepping into history. As such, this season is marked as a holy time.

Part of the joy and celebration that should be associated with Advent is knowing the darkness that loomed over creation before the Light of the World broke through the darkness and into our lives. Thus, we are studying some of the reasons why Jesus came. He is Emmanuel, God with us, and this changes everything.
